In this role, you will be asked to work when needed, with shifts that may extend from a couple of hours to full days.

You will mainly work closely with your colleagues in Facility Management, but the work can also be independent when opening or closing our office. The tasks are diverse, with a strong focus on providing quality service to both clients and colleagues in the office. This includes tasks such as welcoming visitors, preparing the conference rooms, managing the switchboard and making sure the office is clean within the common areas. In addition to this, you will also work with various administrative tasks and provide general support in the office.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a service-oriented role, has an eye for details and is committed to going the extra mile, as we strive to exceed our clients' expectations. To thrive in this role, we believe you should be flexible and a problem solver, with an understanding that the daily agenda is dynamic and constantly changing. Experience in the restaurant or café industry is a plus, as it provides a solid foundation for handling customer service and a fast-paced environment. Since the role involves working closely with colleagues in Facility Management and various practice groups, it is also important that you are a true team player.

We are an international firm so you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is also required.

The position is available from your first semester at law school.
